Long wait (approx 30 mins) for food. Food was hot and delicious when finally received. However, that was overshadowed when... getting order, there was a huge pile of trash and garbage piled up in the work prep area visibly right behind the counter.Employees walked through it and cooks continued to throw more garbage on the pile. Floor was filthy. Seems like only teens wereworking. Courteous but no supervision. Disgusting. Took my food to go. Almost canceled after seeing garbage. But had alreadypaid and waited 30 mins. I went to this place at 7pm. The tables in the dining room were all dirty and so was the floor. I said something to one of the... employees. He said I know. Went to grab a quick supper because the drive thru was empty. 20 minutes later and after having to request my change twice, my... soda twice, receiving a soupy sundae that had no whipped cream I left. Love the burgers but can not stand a dirty eating establishment. Floors were filthy with food, over half of the tables were... dirty and the ones that had been wiped down looked like it was done with a dirty towel. Was not busy at 2:30pm, only 2 othercustomers were dining in. One female employee had hair down to her waist with no hair net, disgusting! Broken table in themiddle of the restaurant. I?m giving a 4 star because they are still working with new team members. I did an online order and waited 30-45min for my food.... They had up to 10 team members at counter and another 6 in the kitchen. Only urgency I saw was coming from the manager. My orderwas 100% correct when I got it, so that was a huge plus considering. Will try again later and hopefully the service of gettingfood speeds up. Read more
