We ordered pizza 1 hour and 30 min before they closed.. we asked for delivery and it did not come last night at all. We talked... to corporate and got our money back. This evening I made an order over the phone for two sandwiches and I requested the garlic butter sauce that is put on the crust... of the pizzas to be on both of the sandwiches. As a previous employee of Dominoes and also a recurring customer I have neverbeen told that this was impossible until this evening. I am very disappointed that I was not able to purchase the sauce to beput on my sandwiches but rather had to go without it because the ?system? didn?t have a button for them to put 2 squirts of thesauce on my sandwiches. I would?ve gladly purchased a ?pre-made sauce? price but they said their district manager would simplynot have it. The garlic butter available for purchase is not the same sauce put on the pizza crust. I am very disappointed thatmy request was not honored to create a positive experience for me, especially considering that I know this is in fact possibleand was done frequently at the dominoes I worked at in order to ensure positive reviews from customers. Really good pizza but long delivery times. Most of the time only 1 driver and 1x I got a call saying they didn't have any... drivers. So I had to cancel my order. Read more
Was told you can get pizza online for 50%, but then when you place order it gives you error and tells you to call the store.... When I called the store they tried to get me to pay regular price and told me I had to place online for discount. Tried againand gave same error saying need to call the store. This was very misleading. It's a way of attracting people using falsemarketing and then attempt you to pay regular price. I was disheartened to see a chain like dominoes result to this tactic. Icalled store back and manager wouldn't even come to phone, just spoke through his rep and when I requested to speak with him,they placed me on hold and call dropped. I would not order pizza from a store where they don't even care about their customers.I hope they don't put this same type of service in when making pizza. Read more
Didn't deliver the pizza. Didn't update the status of my 0rder for an hour. Called from the store to my textnow number and then... canceled my order. When I called to find out why then proceeded to tell me that his driver sat outside for 20 minutes. How isthat when my order had just been updated to being delivered 4 minutes before that? Too many messed up orders from this location. I will not be back. why have an area for feedback on the app if not going to ever... care about what is written. This time my chicken had so much sauce on it that there was no way to enjoy it. last order they gaveme wrong salad. had an order a few back when I ordered an extravaganzza and what I got was a pepperoni mushroom. Left negativefeedback in the app several times and never heard back on an of them. why ask for feedback? I won't be back again. Read more
Food delivered was cold. Called up they said they would remake it and send it out. 2 hours went by nothing. Called back up there... they said the driver said he gave it to me hot which was a lie as I got a text saying it was done an hour before it even got tome. Lady was being rude on the phone and then admitted to not remaking the food. Told me I can come pick it up but she won'tsend a driver to me. Asked for money back amd she kept being rude about that.
