This used to be the best location to enjoy Chipotle at but over the last few months has taken a drastic down turn. Today my... order was ready 10 minutes past promised time. I immediately noted how light my bag felt once i finally received it, anddespite ordering a full burrito with extra rice and double wrapped tortilla, i received the burrito seen in this photo. It isliterally the size of a soda can. The absolute smallest worst burrito i have ever received. I immediately requested a refundbut the manager did not seem concerned and stated she could not refund me. This Chipotle is quickly becoming one to avoid ifyou want an accurate, properly portioned burrito with the quality we've come to expect. Expect your orders to be late and foringredients to be drastically reduced until they decide to look into the down slide in quality and correct the place. This place has gone down hill. Used to eat here all the time now I won't touch it. I took a chance this evening and ordered... something via delivery. It arrived an hour late and not in a take out box but instead in loose opened aluminum foil. Completelyunhygienic! Also had missing items that they still charged me for. Was supposed to be a veggie quesadilla. Instead it was a coldtortilla with a light sprinkle of unmelted cheese slopped inside. They hadn't even cooked it at all. A complete joke. Chipotle used to have a good flavor but they are loosing it now. It used to be a unique and good flavor and many other locations... still keep it that way. Hope this location things about bring back their flavors. Read more
It's clean, the staff is pleasant and efficient. The portions are HUGE. The food is very good as well. I have no... complaints. Update: last night was a bit much for me. I had to stand inside and make an online order. That's fine. That's theirschedule but the SOME of the employees conducted themselves as if they were there alone and no paying customer was standingthere. The snappy remarks at each other were not ok. No customer wants to hear an employee say to another, "dang, don't you seeme doing something else? You do it!" Read more
I don't even know where to start I had ordered 3 bowls and on the 3rd one it was a little ridiculous my bowl only contained... white rice and chicken so I proceeded to ask for extra cheese and instead I got an eye roll it is beyond ridiculous at thislocation constantly employs act like they don't want to be there are thousands of jobs up there out there so go find one whereyou don't have to roll your eyes at the customer. ...what happend to good customer service?? Hot! Granted it was hot outside, but this place was hot inside. The staff were friendly though. The food was good, however,... the portions have been reduced for the same price. I understand the issues with inflation, b I think I'd rather pay a littlemore and get the portions they used to serve. I've had food delivered from this particular restaurant and I don't recommend it. I've never gotten 100% correct order in years. Not bad enough to stop eating here, but disappointing. Lunchtime deliveries,from here to work, in Maryland Heights, were great. To my home, right down the street, not so good. Read more
It was good value since I was able to redeem birthday chips and guacamole. However, online order for 11:50 pick up, was not... ready at noon. I placed an online order. My order was supposed to be ready at 11:40. I didn't receive my order till 12. This is the 3rd time... this has happened at this location. There were about 5 others waiting on their order as well. People that came in to order gottheir order fast and there was no one in line. I decided to get in line. I told the employee what happened and would be make myorder he said he would. I asked if he could check and see if they made it or are working on it because I didn?t want them making2 orders. The manager comes over and tells me they can?t do that. That they have other things they need to do. I told her it?sbeen 20 minutes. She still refused to have anyone else help them with the online orders. THERES NO ONE IN LINE. If someone wereto walk in they would serve them and wouldn?t want them waiting.
