These people are thieves. They don't have any problem taking your money for products and then not providing them. We ordered a... cake and we never recieved it. When we contated them, they refuse to issue a refund or provide a new cake. They're even rude andignorant to us about it telling us that if we want our money back, we need to contact corporate. Drove 30min last night to get some some ice cream. Pulled up at 9:25pm. Website states closing time is 10pm. Better make it... there before 925pm, when they lock the doors and stop taking drive-thru orders. When I asked the man at the window, "so youclose at 9:30pm, not 10pm"", his response was, " kinda sorta." Will not return to a business who treats customers like this evenif it means I have to make my own ice cream. Read more
This is a HORRIBLE LOCATION! They Never have any "Basic Flavors" (how do you not have chocolate or vanilla)you want, the... employees act like they don't want to be at work?!? They had a such a nasty attitude with my niece, I decided to leave aftergetting a refund!!! All she wanted was napkins for her ice cream but the employee snapped at her in the drivethru! Service is horrible! Employees had a lot of attitude. I ordered ice cream (had to guess what flavors they had) got to window and... employee snatched card from me then aggressively handed it back with my receipt. Handed me 6 count doughnuts and when I tried totell them I didn?t order that I got what I assume is manager he had a bad attitude as well said we can?t take them back andaggressively handed me the ice cream I ordered. I drive across town to come here, only to hear the rude attendant say they are out of strawberry, vanilla, chocolate and cookies... and cream. It seemed like everything I asked for, she said they were out of it. Even milkshakes. I had to leave with adisappointed toddler. Read more
