My partner and I have given this location chance after chance but we always end up disappointed. I understand that they are... super busy at times but every order we've made has been wrong. For example, I ordered a HOT caramel macchiato and received aniced one. I do not like to ask them to remake the drink as they are usually busy or I am running late (due to wait time) forsomething. So normally the service is very well done, but this morning some guy with the worst attitude took my order. He was extremely... impatient with me even though I already knew what I wanted - which was only three things. Did not even give me the right donut,and I had to correct him. Avoid this location! Order accuracy, customer service, and length of time to receive orders earns a 1 star! We stopped at this... location while on a road trip knowing that at other locations it usually takes only about 5 minutes to order and get back on theroad. We ordered 2 coffees and a bagel with avocado spread. I asked for a multi grain bagel but was told they only had 2cinnamon and one sesame bagel left at 9:45AM. So, I ordered the sesame bagel and was given the 2 coffees right away. Long storyshort, after waiting a long time and not receiving my bagel, I asked about my order and the employee didn't seem to know what Iwas talking about asking me if there was bacon on it. I again told them it was just a sesame bagel with avocado spread. Theyfinally filled the order after 35 minutes of waiting and we got back on the road. (I received no apology for the wait and theemployees were not friendly at all.) I took out my bagel with avocado spread in the car only to find out it was made with aplain bagel, not sesame! And, of course, by this time my coffee was no longer hot. We travel this way often but I will never usethis location again. (Just a side note ~ while I was waiting, a door dash employee came in to pick up an online order and healso had to wait a long time. He looked at me several times and shook his head about how long it was taking. At one point, hesaid to me, "They certainly don't seem very enthusiastic to be here." I completely agree.) I did a mobile order this past Saturday, September 3 2022 The order was fairly small included some muffins and donut holes for... my grandkids. I ordered through the app so they would have it ready and when I showed up I love you so there was no donuts to befound in Dunkin? Donuts. I added money to my Dunkin? Donuts app account and paid through there I did not get a flag that therewas no bakery items available, they took my money and when I went up the kids said the Baker did not show up. Now I?m stuck withmoney on my Dunkin? Donuts account which I very rarely ever use and he actually gave me a gift card to compensate me for themoney that I already paid instead of giving me cash back. Was the second person standing in line had one guy working that was just doing mobile orders. Standing there for 15 mins and the... guy in front of me was never asked for his order so I left. Food was great! Loved the avocado toast with sundried tomatoes! And the hashbrowns were very good as well! I almost never eat... them because being fried and greasy...they hate on me, but these were great! The cashier girl was very sweet and helpful. I am giving this Dunkin a 3 star review. I am honestly teetering on a 4 star because it could be unfair. The service was very... slow. 20 minutes for two lattes. People were lined up throughout the gas station waiting on their orders to be filled. Today washome game day for WVU so it could have just been an unexpected rush on this small corner Dunkin.
