So I am a charter bus driver. I brought down a group of 25 people and we had just finished watching a game at wvu. The places... the east were dwindling down because it was almost 9 pm. 2 minutes til closing the manager said it was okay for us to come inand they had us in and out in less than 15 minutes. Worse service I?ve ever received at ANY chick fil a. The girls had a poor attitude.
I spent $70 tonight (I bought for a family of 7). When my food came out I was handing it out and realized we were missing 2 MD... fries and a chocolate milk. I unfastened my seat belt and was going to go in when the guy who gave it to me walked past usagain. I asked him to go because I didn't wanna unbuckle 5 kids over their French fries and a milk. The guy comes out, goes toanother car then over to us, hands me fries and says the girl inside swears she put in one of the bags so I couldn't haveanother. I showed him every single bag and would have let him search my car. What possible reason could I have to lie about notgetting a milk....I had already spent $70, just give me a milk.....my 3yr was crying, promise she wouldn't be doing that if shedidn't think I forgot her milk when she was hungry and thirsty after having to wait at the dr office. (I know they didn't knowthis but really how much would it have hurt to give me the milk.) I spend $70-90 at this specific chick fil a regularly. I'msure they don't give af but I won't any more. The food is good quality and delicious. The dining room has been taken out and replaced by storage. It was not closed off to... sight of the public and because of this looks cluttered and unclean. I know it's a difficult thing to make storage look nice,but maybe a screened off section that over looks the public. Read more
this cfa doesn?t compare to the emily drive cfa. The food is always good or horrible. And it?s horrible more than it is good.
