Had the lasagna, was SO good - hit the spot. Must have caught service on a bad night though, seemed a little grouchy...

Amazing customer service and amazing food! I called the day before I needed a large order. I spoke with the owner who gave me... amazing recommendations for this order. The order was ready exactly when she said it would be and the staff was very helpful. Idid not dine in, but the restaurant atmosphere is awesome and I look forward to eating there soon. The manager/owner, Lele(Ibelieve that?s her nickname) even provided me with serving utensils, plastic ware, and other catering items I forgot to request. Lele told me that Pronto?s has been open for over 20 years! Well this came as no surprise to me after I tasted the food. Wehad 4 different pizzas, Chicken Rustica pasta, salads, garlic rolls, and desserts. The food was incredibly delicious and thecompany I brought this food to and myself are fans for life! Thank you to Lele(I hope that?s the correct spelling of her name)and the rest of the staff at Pronto?s. Stopped here to grab some dinner to go after a long day driving. It is a cute little place, at the edge of Bridgeport. The lady... who helped us was extremely friendly and helpful and said they have been here for 20 plus years. The food itself was divine.Both of us were very pleased with how everything tasted. It was definitely hot and fresh. We definitely want to get back here atime or two during the next couple of weeks. Read more

As an Italian person, it is very difficult for me to find Italian food that is authentic and delicious. Pronto's surpassed all... my expectations! The food was hot and fresh! The prices were very reasonable for the large portions I received. I did have towait for my food, but it was well worth it. I'm already looking forward to the next time I get to enjoy this wonderfulrestaurant. Read more

I have eaten at Pronto's Other times and never had a problem. But this last time was terrible. The crust on my pizza was Half... uncooked And the other half was overcooked.. The worst part wasThat there was no Sauce Whatsoever on the pizza Which made itVery dry to eat...For a 30 dollar Pizza you would think they would have some kind of tomato sauce.... And the woman at theregister was not friendly at all.. So sad that pricing goes up and service goes down.. Read more

Not as good lately. We asked for a margarita pizza which we order often. There were only cheese and tomatoes. The crust did not... taste fresh. Pretty disappointed hence the review. Normally this is something we order when not cooking for the day. Read more

Food was hot, fresh and most delicious!! Portions were so big, we could've shared. Monte's Special was absolutely divine ??
