Great food with no problems at all!!!! Drive from Decatur to this location in Bridgeport for chicken. Decaturs location is... under a remodeling project...... was disappointed by making the drive. Fast service, friendly representatives and good hotfood!!!! Read more
The food was delicious. The prices have gone up quite a bit but the service was outstanding. I thought I lost my phone in the... trash can and one of the workers was willing to put on gloves and dig through the trash to try to find it. They were extremelyhelpful. Thought I would try once again.. bad idea!! Got home , no gravy or roll, guess they are charging for that now also.. what?s... chicken without gravy!!. And the enthusiasm of the staff is like watching cheese mold!! This was one of our favorite places tograb a quick meal.. but it has gone down like the Titanic since the change in ownership.. called to let them know about themistake.. was told they knew I had the wrong order.. so you will make it right next time?? Sides where missing on 3 out of four meals. Got all way home before I knew. Called and manager, Orlando, was rude and offered to... give me sides if I come in. 1 hour round trip, no thanks. Should have been right when I left. I did have to wait 20 minutes formy order so you would figure would be right. Orlando offered to let me speak to GM but he failed to put phone on hold. I heardeverything he said. Wasn't nice at all. He should be fired. Calling corporate. I don't want amy meal free just money back formissing things and an apology would have been nice. Read more
I asked for spicy chicken tenders and got regular, even after my order was correctly repeated back to me. Had already gotten... home and wasn't quite in the mood to go back. I know they try and remember your order but maybe keeping a small note/memopadjust in case you forget something would be beneficial. Read more
Price is getting ridiculous! Can?t wait until someone brings in a Lisa?s chicken give them some competition.
