My husband and I were craving totally different pizzas tonight so we put in a pretty complicated order and dinos delivered and... our pizza was correct and delicious!! We got garlic knots and garlic parm wings which were bland but okay. But the pizza wasawesome. Read more
Pizza wise its one of the best places near King of Prussia but original customer service was awful. Good thing I'm too hungry to... care about the rude attitude i got when I called. I guess we all have those days ???? *for anyone who cares* I ordered 1 largecheese pizza and the lady was very snappy and rude. I needed to get my debit card to pay and she was very impatient. I wassurprised that they wanted the cvv number on the back of the card (I've never needed it before) but now that I've read the otherreview where their card was attempted to be used after they left it there by accident I'm going to start paying with cash. Ialso waited over an hour for it to be delivered and I live less than 5 minutes away. When I called again to see where the pizzawas a very nice man answered the phone so customer service varies depending on who answers the phone. Food was great, BUT we either forgot or never received our credit card back. Then the next day, someone was attempting to use it... and our bank blocked the charge. We called Dino's and spoke to a manager who said they had the card the whole time and that thecharges were literally impossible. In short, be careful. Read more

The pizza was not great. The crust was like cardboard, and I?ve enjoyed pizza much more at Domino?s. The customer service was... more disappointing than the pizza, however. We ordered a gluten-free pizza which the menu says can only be ordered as a 12?pizza which is a small, which doesn?t mention anything about higher prices for ordering a pizza gluten-free. We picked thesupreme pizza, $9.95 for a 12? gluten-free pizza. Dino?s charged us $18.95 for the pizza, marking it as a large (again, thegluten-free pizza only comes as a small). So we were charged 90%, or $9 more for a pizza that did not have any difference inprice in the menu. The discrepancy unfortunately led to an unnecessary argument with first the waitress, then a manager whichcould have easily been avoided with some clarity on the menu about the doubling of a price when something is gluten-free. Theysaid the menu had been like that for 20 years, and they couldn?t just change it so easily. They were very rude. They eventuallydid lower the price they charged to a small pizza, but instead of charging us $9.95 like the menu had they said it was actually$10.95 for a small, which was another red flag about the integrity of this business. Great food, wonderful service, and reasonably priced. An extremely pleasant dining experience.
Used to really love this place but the quality has definitely declined. I've placed at least five orders for delivery with... tonight being the last and final time I plan to do so and all orders weee unsatisfactory. Soggy grease drenched onion rings,burnt fries, Soggy chicken fingers etc. Tonight the chicken was burnt! Just terrible I will never ever waste my money hereagain. Read more
