I celebrated my nephew's Celebration of Life party there today! I must say the service and our staff member, Laura, was... exceptional. Made me feel at ease at such an emotional time. She quickly handled everything from getting extra seating ,accommodating whatever anyone needed and most of all had empathy for my feelings. We had the family style meal plan which wassuperb ???? I highly recommend Vazzy's and Laura as your server. Nice job!!! Read more

We were looking for a decent place to eat to before going to the zoo and ended up here. It had a nice atmosphere and live music.... They brought some warm bread to the table which was very good. We ordered the Fuzzy?s Garlic bread, three of us ordered the pinkpasta (one person ordered a side of meatballs), and one got the ravioli with vodka sauce. The garlic bread was not what weexpected but pretty good. As for the pastas, I liked the pink pasta and my friend loved the ravioli, but our other two dinersdid not enjoy theirs. The meatballs tasted ok but they had a weird texture. The portions were huge. One order of the pink pastawas literally enough for 3 people. The two who didn?t like the pasta complained that their stomaches hurt later that evening, but I had no problem. Unfortunately the service was not very good. Our waitress was very nice but she seemed overwhelmed. Theappetizer took forever to come out. The pastas took even longer. We were never asked if we wanted refills and the ravioli tookat least 10 minutes longer than the other pastas to come out leaving my very hungry friend to just watch us eat. Overall itwasn?t terrible but I don?t think i?ll be back soon. Read more

Twin lobsters here is legendary! Either broiled, baked stuffed or boiled. Good Italian entrees too. Our clams casino and... calimari appitizers were also excellent recently. Read more

I go to Vazzy's for the steamed twin lobster special, it's normally on point. This time round I must have got them on a busy day... because I didn't get what I want exactly...just makes sure to call minutes before walking in. Read more

We came for happy hour and had a great time. I'd heard of this place for years but this was my first time there. I love the... atmosphere of the bar, the wood everywhere and the glass wall. It has that "friendly neighborhood place" energy. The waitresswas kind and helpful. Our drinks came very quickly (very well made), the food took a little longer - as food does. When it didcome, it was really delicious! I had garlic bread with mozzarella and peppers and it was perfect. I tasted some of my sisterspasta and it was even better. I'll be having the carbonara again next time! Read more

There's something about this vazzys that isn't as good as the other one. Besides the fact that they let people smoke next to the... front door during covid. We sat outside, which is nice and well set up but, also next to where people smoke apparently. We askedthe staff and they did nothing about it. The food was okay at best the fettuccine carbonara was just off. They used Luke regularbacon instead. Their lemonade was was lemon water. And the calamari was chunky which indicates it was frozen. It had crunchyeah, but just tasted stale. Read more
