This place seriously needs to be shut down already. The service here sucks. The employees are always rude to customers and the... food quality and taste is horrible. My food was cold and tasted old. My popcorn shrimp was also cold nothing but crumbs. Eventhe fries tasted old . Like how, also my experience with the person in drive thru was below zero. Not only was she rude shedidn't even wanna give me sauce and she still didn't give me a tartar sauce for my shrimp. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACEAGAIN. This place is the worst of this chain. They are clearly dragging their garbage bags out through the front door, the door way and... the cement walk way is black and disgusting. You slide on the tiles when you walk as if someone mopped them with a greasy mop.No one was cleaning the tables or floors, there was food scraps and garbage at each table. The doors were propped open so thatflies and bugs come right in. The bathroom looks like it hasn?t been cleaned in days. There are layers of dust on the displayjars. On to ordering, they only had 2 of the 6 sauces, only lemonade not even water to drink, missing 3 of the side options andno biscuits. None of this was, we will have it in 5 minutes, it was just a no we do t have that. This place needs a newmanagement and a serious deep cleaning. Read more
