UPDATE: I received a call from the manager, Jessica who was very apologetic. I sincerely appreciate that! We have ordered from... this place many times. The food is good! However... I went to place another order today and the man who answered the phone wasbeyond rude!!!! I inquired about a deal they have and asked if the prices had changed (as it was reflecting different pricesonline). No big deal, right? Everything is going up in price so I expected it. He became so nasty! I was going to order anadditional order of wings as well as the #6 combo deal. When I went to say something, he screamed "hellooooo". I said NEVERMIND! He hung up. I will NEVER give my money to as****** like this who clearly has no customer service skills. I now regret thehundreds we have give over the last year! Read more
