Super mad they stole my money today at 3 am ask for my food the send me to park at #1 and they forgot about me, 25 min passes... and they said they dont know was my order so i say can i get my money back but he said tell me ur order again it would make itmuch faster after 25 min i had to re-order again is crazy cause it was for my pregnant wife that she was craving it worstexperience ever the staff suk there were all talking about there cousin and how there were all pretty inside McDonald's itreally make me go to a different McDonald's there were much helpful and faster. I had to single out this McDonalds for stellar quality because I had a stressful day at nearby hospital for family member and... came in here not expecting much. But the food was HOT and FRESH, which isn't the norm for most McDonalds these days. Also, itwas quick and the staff were super attentive to both drive through and eating-in customers. Always friendly and fast service. My only issue is sometimes I order cookies, they ask me to wait bc they are cooking. When I... get my 3 pack, 2 are fresh baked and 1 is old and cold. If you make a customer wait for fresh cookies have the courtesy togive all fresh cookies! I appreciate being asked if I want whip cream on my shake also, so thank you. Usually pretty clean, though I rarely go in. Drive-thru is a double , and pretty quick even at rush hour. Read more
