The people are friendly, but 9/10 times they usually mess my order up. Get onions and peppers added onto the breakfast sandwichs... and it's usually missing. If it wasn't for that they'd get 4 stars, but it happens so often I come to expect them to not dothere jobs correctly. Read more
Worst experience ever. Waited in a Drive-Thru after placing the order for 15 minutes never received order. Call the restaurant... and asked for them to cancel my order. No questions asked they said okay. Looking at my bank statement I was still charged forthe meal. I contact a customer service via phone and via email. I even left a message for the district manager at ourneighboring store which I spoke to the store manager. And I yet to hear back from the company district manager or receive myrefund for the meal that I did not receive. So therefore we'll be opening up a dispute with my credit card company. Read more

I ordered french toast and turkey sausage for breakfast. The turkey sausage looked uncooked, tasted dry and extremely salty, so... I ended up throwing rest of it away . Food was also cold, possibly due to my food being delivered almost two hours after Iordered. Read more
This spot has been a landmark eatery for as far back as I can remember & been going here since I was a kid. They?re prices are... fair & the food/service are always spot on. I mainly get breakfast most of the time & lunch once in awhile. The staff isknowledgeable & friendly for anything your looking for. Plenty of seating inside in case you wanna eat in & not in a rush. Although I'm not a long-time supporter of Duchess, I can honestly say that they've been consistently good for the past couple of... years that I've been frequenting there. I've had the breakfast sandwiches, one of their Chef salads, a mango smoothie, and on afew other occasions, I've enjoyed the meatloaf dinner. I've also tried their burgers. This time, however, I went for the pattymelt (and a good chocolate shake) it was absolutely delicious! it came with some bacon on it. Love that they have decentparking. They also have a drive through even though the wait... Maybe it's always kind of long because everything is preparedfresh. At any rate, the only reason I didn't give the patty melt a "5 All Day" is because it wasn't quite as good as the one Ihad at Merritt Canteen. Veal Parmesan was tasty. Obviously, the sauce was not homemade, long-simmered quality but it was goodand the size was right. Thoroughly enjoyed the Italian Wedding Soup! It was my first time trying that type of soup. Love the egg & cheese sandwichs. It taste like fresh food. I've never been inside. I've only gone through the drive-thru.
