The cashier who rung me up tonight coughed on her hand and still proceeded to ring me up. She didn't even acknowledge it nor... seemed to care and I didn't want to start a scene. I just threw an 11 dollar order in the garbage. That cashier needs trainingin proper hygiene etiquette. The one in Lanes Mill and Brick Blvd is much better. Read more

Im sick of everybodys attitude in this store on night shifts. They ignore you and just glance at you as they walk back and forth... and don't bother to ask if you're waiting for or need something, then act like your inconveniencing them when you tell themyou've been waiting an excessively long time . The one lady who prepares the food has given us an attitude numerous times whenpicking up doordash orders, and she either didn't bag the stuff (they bag it and seal it with a sticker) or didn't havesomething ready. She even rolled her eyes at us once just cause we asked if an order was ours that she put up there but not inthe doordash bag Literally just waited 15 mins for a small milkshake to even start being made. I was standing there and once ithit 15 mins I asked the kid who was just standing there cleaning coffee pots "is somebody gonna make this drink I've literallybeen just standing here for 15 mins" he went and said something to the 2 women making food and came back with an attitude saying"they're gonna make it in a minute they're making food for people" when there was literally nobody in the store but me for about2-3 mins.
