This isn't your typical, traditional Mexican restaurant. It's more upscale, with a kind of gasteopub feel to it. Then, of... course, there is the 5 lb burrito! While my friends chowed down on the appetizers, fajitas and enchiladas, I had the pleasure oftaking down the beast. In this instance though, food won where I had finished it in 23 minutes, coming in just 3 minutes overthe time limit. Went on a Sunday evening. The place was pretty busy, but not crowded. This review is admittedly tinted by a terrible... experience at another restaurant which cost me $180. I was just blown away by how well the service went - AS EXPECTED. Appetizers for dinner and 2 drinks ended up being $55, $70 after tip. Food was really good and fresh. We had a party of 5 for dinner, and it was a repeat visit for most of us.. The food, drinks, and service were all excellent. We... shared Hog Wings and stuffed jalapeños as appetizers, and several of us had margaritas. The entrees arrived at the perfecttime, and included fajitas, a burrito, tacos, a salad, and Buffalo cauliflower. Everything was prepared well, anddelicious. Rosalita's knocked it out of the park! I went here last night with my girl friend for her 30th and everything was just perfect!... Our waitress was super attentive, food came out piping hot and with every add-on that we requested with no error, and themanager on duty even stopped over at our table to confirm everything was going well. This was my first time here and I canconfidently say I would come back! Unbeknownst to me, they had margaritas on special last night so that was a nice surprise onthe bill to see.
