I have always wanted to try KFC for many years. And when I finally got the chance to finally try KFC, my experience was less... then stellar. I was at the window ordering my food when I was told KFCHICKEN ran out of fried chicken and was in the 6 minuteprocess of making more. What are you doing at a chicken restaurant if you're not making chicken? I had wait for 15+ minutesuntil I finally had my food. Nonetheless, I was excited to have kfc for the first time. I was craving crispy chicken. Upon myfirst bite into the chicken piece I had in hand, I was horrified and disgusted at the food! These people do NOT clean thechicken before breading it and frying it! It had all veins, chicken blubber and slime underneath the breading. I right awayopened apart my other 7 pieces of chicken just to realize they were all unclean and disgusting. I swiftly swiped away thechicken piece from my husbands hand and my daughters and put in the back in the trash can shaped bucket and rightfully into mykitchen trash can. I wasted $28.76 just to put my health and my family's health at risk. As I walked back to the dining area myfamily and I were no longer eating at, I looked at my husband and said "I now understand why the Colonels last words before hepassed were "I wouldn't feed this garbage to my dog!" The service at the Brick Blvd location is awful. Their drive thru intercom doesn?t recognize when cars waiting so you sit for a... while before proceeding without interaction ..only to be told you have to go back around. Horrible customer service. Lazy storemanager (Kristen). She was more concerned with her drive thru timer than actually serving the customer properly. She sets a badexample for the team! Whomever hired her as a lead must have done so out of desperation. She lacks the skills, patience andunderstanding to manage. Avoid this location. It sucked! The chicken tenders were dry and the fries tasted like grease... YUK!! And the woman behind the counter forgot to... give us butter for the biscuits. When I went back inside to ask her for some, she says,"did you ask for it?" WHAT? who givesbiscuits with no butter? Oh well.. NEVER going back there again. And i WAS gonna go to popeyes! Damn!
