Been going to Cold Stone for years. NEVER seen prices like this. Took my 5-year old for a cup of ice cream. Asked for the... smallest/kids size they have. $9.67 for the tiny cup? can?t believe they can stay in business like that. 2 stars cause he lovedthe ice cream but couldn?t bought 2 1.5 quarts of ice cream at the grocery store for that price. Typically do not have any issues. However, this evening my family decided to order some ice cream...2 love it and 1 like it.... When it was picked up...all 3 were like it. That wasn't even the problem. None of the mix-ins were mixed in, I thought that wascold stones thing? Guess not! We also asked for extra add ins..didn't have any of those either. Ordered a Mario Birthday cake and it was very poorly done. The frosting was very rough and the cake looked as if it was sloped... and shifted. The writing was not neat. We disregarded these details but could not overlook the layer of ice stuck to the bottomof the cake as if it melted and refroze. Read more

Avoid this location!! Their ice cream is totally melted and when we brought it up to the staff they were rude and dismissive... saying it was supposed to be like that. Also they are super stingy with the ice cream and the amount that they put in the cupsis ridiculous for what you pay. The cups weren?t even close to being filled and the man scooping actually put about a spoonfulback in the display. When you finish the three spoonfulls of ice cream before even paying you know something is wrong. It waslaughable. Read more
