The owner is miserable and clearly does not want to deal with this town. On BOGO Wednesday?s he wants more for anything other... than soft serve vanilla or chocolate sundaes even though he has a second machine with other flavors. The prices for soft serveare higher than the local homemade ice cream in the area. Just boycott this guy and give him his wish of closing. Read more

Says on the website as well as on the front of the store that it opens at 11 am. It's after 11 am and the door is locked and... dark and I don't see any people inside. I came to get my free birthday cone for my birthday that is only valid through Thursday. Read more
I've been to the Carvel in Brick (off Drum Point Rd.) multiple times, particularly for ice cream cakes that were delicious &... decorated nicely. However, during my last visit I ordered a medium cone with pistachio ice cream. What a Disappointment! Notonly did it cost More Than a gallon of ice cream in a grocery store ($5+) but the flavor was Not pistachio... it tasted like(and I assume) it was made of almond extract & green food coloring! I'm Not bashing this store, as I say my prior visits weresatisfactory. I'm suggesting the one flavor to avoid! Im kicking myself now that I just accepted it & didnt return for aexchange or refund! After ordering a sundae with hot fudge, the gentleman that made it showed me he had put whipped cream and a cherry on it. I... hadn't ordered that, but he insisted that's what a sundae was. This was fine, maybe I had made a mistake, but he continued torudely insist I was wrong 3-4 times, then rudely over exaggerated checking what toppings I was ordering on the rest if mynot-sundaes. I'll never return here, and I urge the rest of you not to as well, unless you want to be condescended to by a manwho makes ice cream for a living. EDIT: This carvel definitely cuts the recipe for the soft serve. It was much less tasty. Iget needing to make a living, but for the prices they charge, I want ice cream that has some taste to it. I've been living on carvel as a kid and the pistachio ice cream is food coloring like I expect more of carvel then food coloring
