I?ve never seen a open establishment run as this its so embarrassing. Waited in a huge line in the drive-through got to the... order board. No one was taking orders go inside the guy who should be taking orders was just sweating and running around andfreaking out but not taking orders from the drive-through. When someone in the line that formed inside because nobody was takingorders at the order board said? i thought the drive through was closed ? the manager yelled at her and said we have ?threepeople working? what an insane reason to have a order board be completely quiet, while there is a line wrapped around thebuilding. The two employees seemed stressed but the manager had a very blasé. Couldn?t care less attitude and was just rude toeveryone. Read more
Since the pandemic Burger King has raised the bar compared to other fast food chain restaurants. Not only they kept their prices... within affordable range, but they also kept the sizes of their meals as compared to McDonald's which made their burgers waysmaller. Burger King mobile app is one of the best out there and they always have great deals for food. Three dollar whopperWednesdays can't be beat. Read more

Worst Burger King ever. Wait times are incredibly long. Wait 10 minutes in a drive thru before they even take the order and... then a lot longer to get the food. Won?t be surprised if this location closes soon. Read more
My burger was so good today I just had to leave a review. The burger looked better than in their advertisements, when does that... happen? I love using the Burger King App because you can customize your burger conveniently. I added onion, lettuce and tomatoto their bacon cheeseburger. Keep in mind they're bacon cheeseburger is only $1.99 . When you use the Burger King App youaccumulate ROYAL PERKS to redeem free food items. I have been using the App for about 2 years now and Burger King has inductedme into their, "Frequent Fry'er Club" where I receive free french fries with any purchase for a year. They say there's no suchthing as a free lunch, but for $2.12, I came pretty close. I've been coming to this location for about 40 years and there'sonly nice things I can say about the staff. Remember these guys worked through the pandemic serving YOU !!! Many of timesthey've been short-staffed and things take a little bit longer. Sure, your order is not always going to be perfect, butmanagement will always apologize and compensate you. So when you go there and have a nice experience, leave a nice review. I was shocked. I came to pick up my online order, the personnel said it is still being prepared. When I came to window, I... noticed a cooking guy who was scratching his nose and then touching prepared food. Great food, fast service. This newly remodeled resturaunt should be the pride of the chain. It's pleasing astetic, courteous... staff and the excellent new Ch'King sandwich are all things that have made me visit this resturaunt two days in a row. Sad when you have to leave the drive thru line again. Managers should be fired along with current employees and a new crew... should come in that cares and realizes how a successful business should be run correctly Drive thru is a joke. Way to long totake your order with just 1 car ahead on the line. " ill be right with you" actually means in 10 to 15 minutes if your lucky.Then you may get to move up a car length another 10 minutes later. When you finally get to the window, you'll wait a littlelonger. Then more waiting at the window of course. I believe they used to have a timer that tracked your wait time from youordering and actually receiving your food. Apparently that must be broken. All I can say is I hope a higher up person from yourcompany reads this and cares enough about this business to do whats right for their customer base and wants to correct thisissue. This poor customer service has been going on for a long time I have been a long time customer because I do enjoy thefood however I really am very unhappy every time I go thru that drive thru.
