I get pickup orders from there all the time and usually don?t have a problem. Just got home and my food is soaked in mayonnaise.... I absolutely despise mayonnaise. Unfortunately I can?t waste time and gas to go back to I?ve basically got nothing to eattonight in my current situation. I am not the person who makes a scene over stuff like this but mayonnaise has never been on myorders and never will be. I despise it yet it?s all over what would have been my food. Read more

I have a friend that used to work there for for awhile and got fired on her day off with no reason other than she came there on... her birthday. It is said that Subway is friendly but i feel that race played a part in this matter. It seems that this Subway isbias and should be treated as such. Someone needs to be held accountable, and i am going to figure out who and whu. Read more

I've been to this location several times. The emoyees always seem miserable and the customer service isn't the greatest. I... always give them the benefit of the doubt because businesses are struggling to find staff and employees are feeling overwhelmed.Today however, I went in to get 5 sandwiches. As the girl was making our sandwiches she kept stopping to check her watch. Thenin the middle of our order she excused herself and said the other employee would need to help me because she had to take a phonecall. She left and I just stood there. No one else helped me. As a matter of fact, they started helping customers behind me.After the girl returned she picked up where she left off but proceeded to stop and check her watch. After 25-30 minutes ofwaiting we finally cashed out and left. I understand we are win different times. I understand it's hard to find people to work.But at the end of the day you are a business and it's your responsibility to train employees to provide the best customerservice. It is completely unacceptable for paying customers to feel as though they are an inconvenience. I hope management readsthese reviews and takes the feedback into consideration and trains their team accordingly. As a matter of fact, if you'd likemore feedback I'd be more than happy to help. I?ve been here a few times and had to be in there longer than usual because it?s literally children running the place and... goofing off. I went to go get just a drink two days ago. A younger boy with dreads and a black an camp mossy oak jacket wasrunning the register. He gave me my cup but as I held my hand out for my straw he threw it down at me for whatever reason thendropped my money. Definitely need an actual professional adult in there running things to keep everyone in check. Read more

I went on 5 different occasions and different times.The employees are rude and make you wait on purpose. Snickering with other... employees. Most of the bread was burned. The employee on the last occasion sneezed on her gloves and continued to make 3 othersSubs including mine without changing or caring. I paid for them without getting upset or talking. They cared more about dividing$3 tips than others health or time. Absoulty horrible!!! Read more
