Okay we ordered pizza to be delivered to us at our shop. The lady on the phone said it would be 26 to 30 minutes okay. Then as... we sitting here waiting for them to come 49 minutes came around and no one showed. So we had to pull the shop phone out and callback, they told us that they had came to the shop and call the phone no calls was made to me.i really feel you all need totighten up.. Upon attempting to review this company I must say they failed horribly. I have been to the location personally and I will say... this from witnessing it myself. I wouldn't need anything they handle because it is very doubtful that they can wash their handsin the restrooms after using them when the sinks are dry and I go in. I found that part disgusting. Furthermore they wouldrather run around and play with their friends then perform their duties. I have also discovered in my investigation of thisparticular location that the five star reviews that talk about how well they are doing our family friends and employees. Thestore supposed to shut down at 10:00 sharp they've been shutting down at 9:30 because they don't want to do any more work. Iblame this primarily and solely on management. This is a courtesy review I didn't have to put this here but I chose to. Being acourtesy review means this I have reported all findings to Kentucky home office of Papa John's. I didn't do this because I'm adisgruntled customer I did this because I'm a reviewer of companies for companies. And you failed horribly. . HORRIBLE!! Ordered some wings from here and they where not done! Even though we asked to cook them twice. TOBY JERNIGAN stated... that there "well done" option means that they are cooked twice in their oven. Well if that's the case then we asked for WELLDONE TO BE DONE TWICE. And they wouldn't replace my food even though I had it to give him, nor would he give me my money back!Will be calling Corpoprate! Read more

Service has definitely improved. The wait is still awful. You can be the only person in the store and still have to wait 45... minutes for your order. Heads up, pick up carry out orders are dead last. Irs definitely not on a first come first serve basis.Online orders have priority and are prepared first, then delivery, and then carry out. Many carry out orders still have to waita very long time to pick up a pizza even after arrival. I do not know what's the deal with their "prepare a pizza notificationsystem." Once you pay, it seems like it waits 20 minutes to que the pizza preparer to start with no one in the store. Thataspect need to change. You just took the order, so make the pizza up already. I don't think the issue is with the employees,but thier pos system. The employees are awesome...so please tip well. Read more
