This experience was really bad. It was the waitress's second day on the job and she didn't understand the computer set up for... placing orders. It was not her fault though. I blame the management for not making sure she was comfortable and understoodeverything before throwing her into the public. We sat there for 2 hours before we actually got to eat. The waitress brought ussome free complimentary waffles to apologize; as I said though, I don't blame her so no apology was necessary. There was onlyone person cooking and she was real snippy when I was inquiring about our food. Our waitress had to bounce between waiting andcooking which was a shocker to me. The food was ok, my grandmother's patty melt was bland and tasteless though. I don't think wewill be returning to this location. Consider this place carefully before you decide to dine here. If you haven't gotten yourfood in around 30 minutes or so, it is probably best to leave. Read more
I love to eat,and I love for my food to be eatable. I've always had issues with my hashbrowns over cooked. The food was ok,it... was very busy this Saturday morning. I wasn't greeted,it took almost ten minutes to get a table cleaned.maybe I should try it onanother time. But I gave it three ????????????. Really not that great. Waited a long time for the food and when I asked for a waffle for my side no one informed me it was a up... charge of 4.35. I asked about it and they didn?t even try to take it off even after I stated I wouldn?t have gotten it if I knewthat. Just a really bad experience all the way around. You wait 25 minutes (there were 5 tables with customers) just to get a menu. It took 3 waitresses JUST on the cash register for... 1 customer, while we waited for just the menu! Then our waitress Erica (who'd been at the register) finally came took our orderand got our order WRONG! Erica disappeared chatting with other workers or people she knew and chewing on food. Another waitressbrought us drinks and another waitress brought us our wrong order(which was NOT the cooks fault!)!!!! We didn't see Erica againuntil we'd been there an hour and a half when she brought the ticket to pay. And Keri the manager was no where to tell of thishorrible experience. And they sat an unhygienic dish rack on the counter where people set at on stools to dine. They neverwashed the area the rack came in contact or their hands! Read more
