I ate there food and a couple minutes later I started throwing up and my stomach still hurts
Manager is very rude and nasty. Does not deserve that position if she doesn?t know how to treat customers.
Wasn't very good. It was closing time so can't really judge but my chicken was very dry
The staff here was awesome, the cashier was smiling, very friendly, and the service was very fast. The Chicken strip family meal... with 2 sides fed myself, my wife and kid 2 times, and those honey covered biscuits are to die for. Great experience. Read more
My order was wrong! 10 piece mixed turned out to be 10 piece dark. I called the manager, she said I will give you a piece of... white!!! I never went back for A Piece of white!!!! I will not argue with her. Just will not order from Churchs Chicken to dealwith that attitude and stress. Read more
Had a terrible experience today....didn't get all of the order, had it delivered.So I had to go out to the store in the mid-day... heat, use gas, and the food was still terrible. Ordered the Honey Q Chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were more breading thanmeat and the sweet tea was like maple syrup. The management offered no compensation...no extra anything, no discount, futurefreebies. Terrible food and service. We're done with Church's. Read more
Poor quality oder wasn't right mashed pototoes were dry & stiff gravy was where they rinse the potwith water!!it didnt even loom... link gravy!! Wouldn't return because we'd ready went back to exchange the wro g chicken ordered .????We used to eat here oftenbut it's really went down. Read more
One of the worst experience ever today!! Had a bad order two weeks ago while visiting a friend of mine in Brewton,... Alabama. Placed a call explaining to the manager what had happened,she ask did I have a receipt, I said no. But the Caucasianmanager said that she would be on until 3pm and to stop on by and she would replace my order! So, on my way back to Alabamavisiting family about 30mins away. I decided to stop by so that my bad order two weeks ago would be made right!. The young ladyat the drive thru came with a attitude, then here comes a silver back gorilla (shift manager) with the biggest, low self esteemand looking like her life is stuck in neutral "Always", attitude. Again, I am trying to explain to her what had happened twoweeks ago and also tried explaining to her it's not about the money(which I still bought two pieces of chicken & biscuit) It'sabout when a customers walks into her establishment and a order is not right either you try making things right or give customertheir money back!!! Now, I see why a lot of the locals and a few friends as well as family's members I have living in Brewton,Alabama doesn't eat at this Church's Chicken! They are very unclean, rude, unprofessional and definitely lacks peopleskills!Even the cook started popping off at his mouth!! I actual recorded the entire thing! My intention is to put them both outthere for the Southern part of the country will know,not to EVER EAT at churchs chicken in Brewton, Alabam,again!!Also I will beposting both of their pictures,soon!
