My husband and I have been coming to Arby's for years and have always loved the service. However, today was not the usual. The... young lady at the window was very rude and unprofessional. We ordered two meals and couldn't even get the order out all the waybefore she asked "anything else" several more times than necessary. She had an awful attitude and after asking anything else andhearing our order three times, still got the order wrong. I have worked in the customer service area for years so I understand abad day but I have never received such awful service. Read more
Usually it?s fine but today the person taking my order was rude and my brisket was cold and smushed and there were no napkins
This particular Arby's was clean, well staffed, and fast friendly service... I ate at 3 different fast foods this day and have... to say this was the best. Read more
