Friendly staff who gets my order correct. As for the pizza it?s average franchise pizza and for 5.99 it?s pretty darn good.
It's not a pricey pizza place, find it clean and i like how they make their crust, tasty !!!
The guy taking orders did not once look at me the whole time i was there. It was bad customer service. I asked for their cheese... bread and he gave me the stuff breadsticks. It was not hot, the only thing hot was the boxes. I was told it takes 20 minutes fortwo pizzas, it does not take 20 minutes ( i work at a place that makes pizzas) they make it and let it sit so flies get into itbefore they decide to put it in the oven. I went to the Brewerton Little Caesars and ordered 1 deep dish pepperoni and a large cheese. The cheese pizza was fine but even... after a 20 minute wait they gave me a deep dish with almost completely raw dough. The only part that actually baked was the veryedges. This is disgusting. Both of the deep dishes are over half uncooked! Why was I waiting 20 minutes at this place whenthey're supposed to be "hot and ready" and this isn't even cooked. This is NOT the extramostbestest pizza I've ever had. I might as well have just ordered a hot nd ready pepperoni. This is not... the first time I've been able to see the cheese (unlike in the picture on the menu), but it sure will be my last try anyway. Read more
I went to pick up a Doordash order this evening 11/26/22 at the Brewerton NY location, arrived at 8:30pm. As I was walking... towards the store a male employee quickly went to lock the door. I returned to my car and called Doordash to report this as wellas alert my customer. All the sudden 10 mins later this employee opens the door yelling out something I could not hear but Iassumed he was telling me to come in. I was still on the phone with Doordash who had tried to call them with no answer. I cannot believe how disrespectful this employee was. He tried telling me there is a sign saying they lock the doors at 8:30 to whichI replied ?why are you open till 9 then??(even if that is true, Little Caesar?s needs to add that into the app) He was so beyondrude and condescending and I?ll admit I was as well because I was also working and in shock over him seeing me and running tolock the door. Even the Doordash representative heard our conversation and understood my frustration. There was a female workingas well and she was kind but whoever this male employee was, he was disgusting. I?ll never order from there and I will not pickup orders from there again. I?m grateful the customers were so understanding especially because they had a bunch of cars outsideof their home when I arrived so they were planning on their pizza.
