I just got some bad healthcare news and was extremely upset. I came to get some coffee because that always cheers me up and the... staff was extremely kind to me (I look terrible as I've been crying hysterically) but their kindness meant a lot to me and mademe feel a little more hopeful in a hopeless situation.
