I have been to quite a few waffle houses and this is the first that the waitress had to repeat the order to the cook several... times. The food was right on par except the waffle....it was the flattest waffle i have seen. Dense and just not up to chainstandard. I did not complain so it is on me...the staff was discussing all the shift changes they were enduring so did not seemapproachable. Gave good service but no personal interaction with any customer...if you want quick food, a clean place to eatwith exactly the food you expect this will not disappoint. Read more
Who ever the waitress was made multiple excuses why she couldn't make a pot of coffee. Watdahell. I couldn't believe her... attitude. She has more cant's than she had cans. Very disappointing. We made a special trip to the Brentwood restaurant becausewe felt the service would be better. Someone in corporate needs to explain to her who is important in their store. I spent yearsin the restaurant business and I knew who to take care of. Pitiful and multiple excuses. What the heck. It was coffee for cryingout loud. Didn't even finish our dinner. Read more

Delicious food, friendly and hardworking staff. What more can you ask for?
I've been to a lot of Waffle Houses, and this experience was really good. First, this Waffle House is bigger than most I've been... to. There were quite a few cars in the lot, so I thought there wouldn't be a table available, but there was. Not only was itbigger, there was more staff than normal. And they were super friendly. The food was really good. And it was all preparedquickly even though they were busy. Overall, a great Waffle House experience! Read more

Ill start by saying I've been coming to this Waffle House for over 20 years. I am a generous tipper because I realize this is a... very tough job. The past three times I have been to this location, the wait staff has not even acknowledged us being there andwe have had to get up and leave. No "Hello, we are short staffed" or "Please give me a minute". If you are not able to serve thecustomers you have, then you need to close the store. If you staff is unwilling to even speak to the customers, they don't needto work there. A sure fire way to get better employees..... Is to pay them more money. Something to think about as you loserevenue due to your current staff. Read more
