First off cookies are amazing five stars all the way. The girl working today on 4/7 wow can not believe how rude she was. People... have bad days hopefully that is the reason, but blown away how rude she was. She was extremely short and acted like she was madthat we even came in. Cookies are great don't get me wrong... I love them, best cookies around... but today I decided to pick them up for the first... time because I had never been to any store for pick up and wanted to check it out. Big mistake, first off the cookies wasn'tdone when they said they would be, not a big deal whats another 10 minutes right? Nope how about 20 minutes and then I had to goinside to get them and once inside they totally ignored me. Once my order was up I asked is that for the white dodge and shetold me nope and walked right was me to go directly to my truck. Once she realized it actually was my order, I didn't get anapology she just said what's your name and then handed me my order and then walked away. The delivery driver was polite. The overall delivery was on time and the cookies were kind of warm. I was not a fan of the... actual cookies. I ordered Pb& Choc Chip and Choc Chip & Pecan. I couldn't even taste the peanut butter in the first cookie andthe chocolate chips have a weird tang or after taste that I was not a fan of. I honestly don't even want to eat the rest of thecookies. I received these on my anniversary from my wife. They were delivered to my office in Cool Springs. They arrived piping hot. In... fact, the cookies were so warm I could feel them through the box and bag. I had the chocolate chip and M&M cookies. I ordered several dozen cookies for an office party. A very friendly delivery driver arrived at our office right on time. The... cookies were still warm and gooey, thoughtfully and adorably packaged. They are a little on the pricey side for a cookie, butfor a special occasion or thank you gift, they are far more affordable than flowers or Edible Arrangements. And...these aren'tjust any cookies. The only downside to my experience was their online ordering system. You can't order less than 6 of anycertain cookie, so you can't have more than two flavors in a dozen unless you order the pre-set Tiff's Mix and no substitutionsare allowed. So not very customizable, but I understand it makes it easier on the company to operate this way. That said, thesecookies are too delicious to be discounted by an ordering system.
