Took my wife there for a sandwich. The young lady behind the counter, while bright and cheerful,, spoke no english. Trying to... communicate with her was so frustrating that i paid for my wifes' order, but did not get anything for myself. Instead I wentnext door and got a great meal. Highly recommend staffing with someone who speaks and comprehends the English language. Read more

The young manager that is there is very friendly and chatty. He was the only one working there for at least a month and he... finally just got help. She is very very slow moving but I'm hoping it is because she is still learning. I would give 5 stars buteverytime you go in he has to tell you a long list of everything they don't have. Hopefully they will allow him to orderproperly soon. You have to have product to be able to make more money. Seems pretty obvious to me. Read more

Just spent 15 minutes to get 1 footlong. I was the only customer there the whole time. I waited at least 5 minutes for the lone... employee to come to the front counter from the cooler. I told her I was now in a pretty big rush. The lettuce looked old andwilted and somewhat brown. I asked the employee if they had fresher lettuce and she said no. She also told me the lettuce I waslooking at was better than the 3 boxes she told Subway corporate she needed credit for recently. A 2nd employee clocked inwhile employee 1 was making my sandwich. The employee who was helping me couldn't be bothered to listen to what I was sayingwhen he talked to her. Which happened a lot. Got to where I was going and the sandwich wasn't cut all the way through to thebottom so when I tried to pull the first half from the second, stuff went everywhere. I walked in to a completely empty restaurant and am immediately told it was going to be 15-20 minutes because they guy was... working on mobile orders. I told him that I was picking up a mobile order. When he handed me my sub, I saw that had only onemobile order ticket with two subs on it and that he was almost done with them both. I didn't think anything of it right off, gotmy subs, and went to leave. Before I left the restaurant, I checked my subs to make sure they were correct. Unfortunately, thewere not. Both of them had been messed up. There was a sign on the cash registers that said if a customer was not happy, theirsub would be remade. I went back up to him and let him know they were messed up and he immediately got defensive and said he wasjust following the ticket and insisting I was wrong. I pulled up my order on the app and showed him and he just huffed and toldme it would be 10 minutes before he could get to me as he had to finish up the other mobile orders. I stand there for eightminutes waiting as this guy put lettuce, salt, and pepper on two subs, wrapped them up, and put them in a bag. It took the maneight minutes to put lettuce, salt, and pepper on two subs and get them ready for the customer to pick them up. Once he finallyfinishes that, he gets ready to start remaking my subs. As he's doing that, a lady and a young boy walk in and get in linebehind me. He immediately tells them it's going to be 15 to 20 minutes before he can help them because he has to remake my subsbecause (as he put it) "I did not order them right online". I looked over to the lady and told her it shouldn't be that long. Iwas getting two simple, identical subs (literally five ingredients). They get in line behind me as start waiting. This manfinally begins making my subs and it takes him six minutes to just put pepperoni on the two subs.
