5 stars for the guy that takes drive thru orders in the mornings. I feel bad they have him out there in all types of weather,... but he always has the best attitude and is so nice in the morning despite what I?m sure are lots of crabby people before theircoffee fix. Read more
20 minutes to get a simple order of espresso. Granted, I hit it in the morning rush, but that?s way too long to wait. I like... Starbucks (I?ve been a customer for 30 years) but I?m having too many bad experiences now. The employees are great, but thislocation just has too much business. I rarely leave reviews but sheeeeesh. Lines constantly out to the road, even at off peak times. Employees seem... confused/distracted etc. easily will wait 20-30 minutes for a drink. Read more

Yesterday my team and I ordered through the mobile app and went through the drive thru to pick it up and when I say we had the... best experience I am not exaggerating in the slightest. I was greeted over the intercom speaker by Lila (I hope I am spellingthat right) with such a warm presence and then again when I got to the window she made sure I got every mobile order I was thereto pick up. In addition, Amber was the girl making the drinks and I can say with certainty that it was the best drinks we havehad there. Some of the mobile orders were tedious and every single drink was made to perfection. We frequently order at thislocation and over the last couple weeks I feel like the service has just gotten better and better. We can not thank you allenough for supplying our clinic with just a little bit of sunshine and happiness during our long 12+ hour days! They offer speedy and accurate service. I've never had an incorrect order come out of this location. The partners are all super... knowledgeable about coffee and pairings as well! Read more
