I?ve been going to sonic the last 10 years. It went from a 2-3 times a week thing to an every day thing. I absolutely love sonic... and their half price drinks on the app all day. I usually get a Soda but tonight me and my family went to sonic for ice creamand slushies. We ordered 3 different milk shakes a Route 44 slush and 2 ice cream cones. I noticed the entire staff was highschool kids which isn?t a bad thing as long as they know what they are doing? We received our order and the only thing that wascorrect was the milk shakes. They gave us a large instead of route 44 and didn?t even bring out the cones. I checked my receiptto make sure we ordered correctly. We did. So we buzzed the speaker and explained the issue which ended with, ?well we are outof route 44?s? I asked for another large slushy and the two cones. She responded with, ?well we will take the charge off for theroute 44? which is not what I asked for. Just wanted another large slushy and my two cones. They brought it out and didn?t evenapologize for the mess up. Come on sonic. Train your staff better. Covid is no longer an excuse. Thanks. Read more
Usually order through the app because it's easier. Sometimes the app messes up but that's not this locations fault. Always... receive fast and friendly service. This location is always packed! Several times you will see all stalls full and people drivingaround looking for someone to leave. To me, that's a good indicator that you are running a great business. Keep it up!! Read more
Hey. I'm texting because of bad service, I bought a double bacon cheeseburger meal with no tomato or mayo. I saw on the... advertising it said cheese burgers were half off. Not only did I not get a discount, mayo and tomato's were left on the burger.This location is terrible. I've been there multiple times this year and every time has been a bad experience. Were plenty of vehicle slots to place orders. I did not check out the public eating area, so i would be remiss in talking about... it. I placed a mobile order and came at the set time. Pulled up and used the red button. Only took 1-2 minutes to get my orderto me with everything I ordered. No problems whatsoever and the staff was very professional. Burger and strawberry shake wereexcellent as well. Recommended. Read more
