Update: I've been here many times and the quality is still superb, the service is always friendly and they now have menu items... created by Jet Tila! How awesome is that?? For those of you who don't know, Pei Wei is the little brother version (and morecasual) to PF Changs. The menu is abbreviated, yet the same quality of ingredients and same quality of chefs are present! Foodis always superb, it is not very crowded and an excellent choice for a quick bite of a sit down with the family. Kid friendly,fast and convenient with the umami of a high dollar establishment. Good food if you like eating rice and chicken with no utensils or napkins. Grabbing food while out of town and ordered curbside... carry out. Watched someone carry my food to the pickup shelf in store, waited almost 10 minutes in the curbside spot. Ended upgoing inside and picking up myself. Saw employees laughing and cutting up with each other and leaning on counter. No one evenspoke to me. They were not busy at all. We got the family deal take out. We were hungry and so in the mood for Chinese food. It was inedible. The fried rice was NOT... fried rice at all- It was like old noodles in an food processor with egg- it was so gross. Each dish was inedible. We had tohave cereal. Glad that I can still get curbside pick up here. This is the most convenient thing especially if you're going to the store in... the same shopping center. They have many gluten-free options to choose from as well as allowing substitutes like cauliflowerrice. They also have patio seating if you want to eat outside. Read more

Horrible experience. We ordered take out this evening. I ate a few pieces of my Beef and Broccoli. I realized something was very... off with the texture. I cut into a piece and saw that it was severely undercooked. I mean RAW. Purple! The manager offered arefund and apology. Currently waiting to see if I get food poisoning from this ordeal. Went to grab a quick lunch on a Friday. Seemed like a cool place with great options including beer and wine They were busy and... it showed. Needed someone clearing and cleaning the tables. It also took at least 30 minutes to get our food. Food tasted ok. Noreal incentive to go back. Read more

This was an impromptu stop on my way back from Radnor Lake State Park and I am so glad to have found this restaurant! The staff... was incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful. I did not know what to expect when I first came in, but I was very impressedwalking out. The young man at the register did a great job explaining the menu items to my friend and I. I normally never ordersalads at restaurants because they are so boring with just lettuce and tomatoes, but when I saw the selection here of salads Ihad to try one. I was so impressed by the variety of vegetables that came with it and it was delicious the last bite. They wereout of the salad dressing that comes with the menu item normally, so as an apology they gave me two other sauces to try withoutme even asking. Their customer service was so good.
