Great food line up. Great staff that make you feel welcome. Great food. Why 2 stars you ask? Because when you call, the... voicemail for every moes restaurant is that same. First off, none of the stores ever answer the phone. The voicemail starts offwith a guy resentfully saying "welcome to moes" who clearly hates his job and hates his life, and doesn't make you feel"welcome" at all (doubt me? Call them and you decide). Secondly there are no other healthy options for tortillas other thanflour tortillas (no whole wheat, no spinach, no tomato basil, etc.). (Also no cauliflower rice like chipotle has). I love thefood from moes, if they had the same healthy options as chipotle they would be nation wide and actually above chipotle andqdoba. But this is the reason they are not nation wide. Read more
I had been a long time fan of this chain but this was my last visit. Disappointed in the dinner experience Saturday September 10... at 6pm. Homewrecker steak bowl for me - while the guacamole and cilantro rice was excellent some pieces of steak were servedcold. I think he single scooped right off the top. My wife's bowl had one tiny scoop of chicken which just is not enoughprotein to call a complete meal. I thought homewrecker had more meat than that? Sam Adams was in ice but the beer was not cold. The store was dirty as well as the restrooms. Not hot. Not fresh. Insufficient serving. Stale chips. Not Moe's experience- acomplete failure. Read more
Mehh, skimp on ingredients. Taco assemblers polite but not brite. I guess the franchise owner is schruggling and schtingy,... because the teen culinary geniuses on the assembly line are very stingy. As usual, everything is overpriced, especially thedrinks. The teen geniuses give you a dirty look if you ask for a cup for water. But hey, all the little packs of hot sauce! Notgoing back. Read more
Former favorite place for Monday dinner - but they've taken away most of my favorite toppings! Mushrooms, cucumber, fresh... tomatoes, olives ALL gone (and not "out of" they're off the menu). It's not worth the cost anymore IMO. Read more
It was 8:30, they closed at 9pm. The lady who was working was the nicest and most accommodating employee. She made me fresh... bacon and for that, she?ll always have my heart. 10/10 experience. Food was great. Read more
Honestly disappointing, barely any meat compared to the size of the bowl. With the underwhelming portion of meat, I could?ve... just got a great salad else where. The itty bitty pieces of minced soggy meat, is not enough for a child let alone an adult. Then I couldn?t enjoy a break out of the office because the dining room is literally filthy, tables and floors with food andnapkin droppings all over. Awesome food here for the price especially burrito Monday! I think its Monday here not totally forsure. I have seen it different... days at Moes. Staff were really nice and had some smiles on their face which I was good to see. They definitely packed myburrito up which I absolutely love that. The free chips are awesome to because of the salsa and cheese you can get there! Read more
I have had an unpleasant experience the past two times we have come here. The blonde manager has been so rude to me and my... boyfriend both times we went to the establishment. The first time I accidentally asked for a side of queso when I wanted a cup.I promoptedly corrected myself. But she got deeply offended for some reason and started to publicly critique me and teach meabout the cup size in front of everyone in a very rude tone. The second time we went on my boyfriend began to order and askedfor extra rice she scoffed and told that that would be an extra charge. I have been going to moes since I was 5 and my brotheralso works at moes and I know this is not the case. It was only extra rice not meat not queso. We felt very targeted consideringour first unpleasant experience was less than a week before hand. We will not be coming back to this moes. Especially when theytry to charge only certain people for extra ingredients that should not have an extra charge. Read more
