Reviews for LongHorn Steakhouse in Brentwood, TN
Longhorn has been one of my favorite restaurants for years, & unfortunately this location ruined that tradition. If there was a... star below 1, I definitely would have chosen it. Immediately upon arriving, it literally reeked of a horrible odor (mildew) asif the restaurant hadn?t been cleaned for weeks. The servers were not presentable at all. They were filthy & very unpleasant ifI might add. For some reason they just couldn?t seem to get it right. My party of 6 to be exact, were quoted 30 minutes whichwas not bad considering it was the weekend but when we finally got sat our server had thee absolute worst attitude as if shedidn?t want to be at work or we just ruined her night. We assured her we were also servers and we would take care of her and herresponse was ?yeah heard that before? she was pretty much rude from start to finish her name was Faye. The only thing she didcorrectly was bring our drinks to the table. She made my friend?s birthday dinner horrible and when we inquired about thebirthday activities, she stated she would get back to us & disappeared! I will NEVER spend my money at this location & I highlyrecommend you don?t as well. I will never forget the poor service that was rendered! Absolutely unacceptable! Read more
Had a great meal at Longhorn. The steak was wonderful. The salad and bread divine. The sweet potatoe like a dessert. The staff... are polite and attentive. The atmosphere almost cozy. The only negative thing I can say is that it drinks were late. They werebusy at the time, so I get it. You get what you pay for here. While the prices are kind of high, I think it was worth it. I'llcome back again. Read more
Had a waitress who was training another one. Honestly I appreciate that but It affected our service tremendously in a negative... way. Way too much time to get our drinks, salad, meal and bill. It wasn't really busy either. Food was consistent with otherlocations in other states. Delicious , just entirely too much time in between each event. Read more
Got 6oz Flo's Filet with baked potato and salad. Pretty decent for the price. French onion soup was way too salty though.

Service was good, the food was exceptional. Everything was prepared to my liking.
Wow! Let me tell you about our experience. The host was wonderful. Cracking genuine funny jokes as she showed us to our table.... On our way to the table a waiter told my 5 year old son he loved his light up shoes in passing. Our waitress Shelby wasamazing! Our food came quick and steaks were delicious! We were celebrating our buying of a house, in which we mentioned to thewaitress. When we asked for the check, she came back with a slice of strawberry cake with Congrats written in chocolate syrup onthe plate. She said "We all wanted to say congratulations on your house". My family was beyond blown away with the service wereceived here! From the top down an awesome experience! Read more
This LongHorn has been a reliable Steakhouse for many years. On a Saturday night you still find every table is full and ninety... minute wait times. Other typical mid priced steakhouses usually have a "truck stop" decor pushing beer, bar and beef. But thislonghorn doesn't have a license plate in the place. Instead, the decor draws from the vast plains of the west in dark colors andlighting. The tables are thick wood slabs to bring the customer to interact with the surroundings. The night I was there, thecrew worked the room with professionalism and the kitchen produced food that didn't disappoint. My guess is the management hereputs an emphasis on how valuable it is to get a steak temperature right the first time. I had a sirloin and shrimp combinationwith a loaded baked potato and rice pilaf. They followed a standard house salad with house made dressing. Although I wanted thecheese loaded mushroom cap appetizer, I passed on its deliciousness this time. I cleaned the plates as each item was expertlypresented. When compared to a "Sperry's" or a "Morton's", LongHorn feels like a value meal. But it is pricier than most localrestaurants. If pricing is set aside, I have no issues with LongHorn. Read more
