Great location, our office in Maryland Farms orders from this JJ often and they are always prompt and even walk all orders up to... our second floor. I just ordered and received a delivery in 8 minutes flat. Living up to their brand there! Definitely wantedto highlight quality service as too often we hear only the negative reviews! Read more
I'm very disgusted with this location. They always leave out condiments when it's dead slap in their face. Had to eat a dry... sandwich all because they failed to pay attention to instructions. It's even printed on the ticket receipt take mayo and mustardpackets. Duh!!! ????. I think this is my last time ordering from this location. My boss spends a great deal of money hereweekly. I?ve been a customer of this location for over a year ordering at least weekly (I work nearby.) Staff is always pleasant (I get... greeted by my first name upon entering) and food is always fresh. On the rare occasion if they make a mistake on an order, theycompensate properly. Great customer service. The restaurant was clean and the associate was helpful as I had never been to a Jimmy John's before. Unfortunately I didn't like... the sandwich at all. It was the Beach Club. The French bread was tasteless as were the rest of the ingredients in the sandwich. I thought they had left off the avocado until I saw where some had dripped on the paper.
