Still waiting for food. Have been seated for over 45 minutes. Was moved from nice booth because we were told that server was... overloaded. Soon after two other parties were seated. Will not be returning even on the outside chance the food will be good.I?m in this industry and understand being understaffed but this is just being managed poorly. Bathrooms have no soap and arealso needing attention. It is Sunday at 11:45. I have been to other First Watches this year and they were head and shouldersbetter run than this location. No excuse. Very disappointed: Was blatantly lied to. I have an allergy to vegetable oil, and was assured their pancakes were only cooked... with butter (on the griddle) which I was delighted to hear. It wasn?t until after eating that I thought to ask if their butterwas in-fact butter, and the waiter came back to inform me the ?butter? they use was actually margarine (made of vegetable oil). This kind of deception is sinister and should be illegal. It?s also worth mentioning their ?maple syrup? is corn syrup?despitethe fancy, heated, glass cruet/dispenser they pour it in. This restaurant chain is no better than a Denny?s or IHOP from ahealth perspective. The overly chlorinated tap water and excessive sodium is all-too familiar. Great breakfast spot. Food was good and fresh, omelet was tasty, bacon was cooked just to my liking, food was just good in... general. Drinks were a little over priced but tasty. Read more
Super dissapponted. Ordered online. Said the order would be ready at 9:32 am i waited until 10:05 and nothing. when i finally... asked about my order this nice man helped me and brought it right out to me. As soon as i opened it it was cold. Everything wascold and gross. Was my bag just sitting back there? There was weird pieces of sausage in my potatoes? I dont eat sausage so ihad to toss that out. Great place to sit outside and work on your computer with the free wifi. Have the purple haze and million dollar bacon.
Got off work early and was invited by a co-worker to grab breakfast here. First timer. Restaurant was clean. Servers were... polite. Food was good. Had Morning Meditation (liked the kick that the tumeric gave in the drink), The Works Omelet (greens hada light vinegarette which was nice), and French Toast (large and in charge - herb butter was a bit much for me). A bumpy start on getting checked in, mostly due to Sunday brunch peek period. After getting seated in about 15 minutes, which... was great, we enjoyed the patio experience with drinks while waiting on our food. Great service and exceptional quality offood! We will visit again. Read more
