Asked for Carmel craze twice & still got bday!! Kids now a days!!!
I have been coming here at least twice a week to pick up breakfast and coffee for myself and my coworkers and each time I have... had a rude interaction. But today was the last straw for me. I placed an mobile order ahead of time for drivethru pick up andwhen I arrived the line was 12 cars long and after waiting for 5 minutes it hadn't moved so I went inside to grab my order. Asusual it took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me standing at the window looking for assistance and the first girl wasvery nice, but wasn't sure how to locate my mobile order. When she told another girl that I had placed a mobile order fordrivethru pick up she rolled her eyes and stated "well this isn't the drivethru is it," she located my order and quicklygathered what I needed, but then as she approached me to hand it to me the box was dangling from her hand and she shoved it atme "Here." and walked away. I have had a poor interaction with this woman every visit, but this was it for me. I will no longerbe buying breakfast for my office from here and would rather pay more money elsewhere and not start my morning with such awfulenergy that has always left me uncomfortable and upset.
