Wasn't very good the other night. The cobb salad had very little chicken in it, not much blue cheese, a little sparse on... ingredients besides lettuce. I've gotten better salads at taco bell! The Customer service here is the worst I have ever experienced. The workers do not care. They are disgruntled and seem to be... upset that you?re there. They rush you through the line, very impatient, and aren?t helpful if you have questions. The biggestred flag is they don?t care about your health. My Roomate ordered a salad and ended up having an allergic reaction to thedressing. I went up to the staff and expressed my concern. They didn?t offer help, I had to pressure them to get a replacementsalad. No compensation was offered. Will never return and would not recommend if you have any kind of allergy. Or are lookingfor a good experience, you won?t find it here. Also, very expensive for a non- specialty salad place. You can get better saladsin the deli section at Walmart. Read more

I love the concept and the ingredients. Use to eat here all the time. Recently started again and realized why I stopped a few... years ago. My favorite is chicken tinga but they should only call it tinga salad as you have to hunt for Chicken. They are toocheap on proteins and it doesn?t deliver a full balanced meal. Disappointed again. Mexican Caesar is top shelf but the crispy chicken ranch is my go-to. Ate on their patio again a few days ago? staff could clean... it up a bit more. Recommend eating here all the same. PS order a drink cup for their self serve lemonade / iced tea bar. Theice machine next to it serves the best ice pellets, and making my own Arnold Palmer never disappoints. Read more

Just about each time I go to the Brentwood location their Avocados are brown and far from fresh (ive noticed others post... pictures of the same concern in the reviews). Also, today I ordered a wrap, and this is what I got (see picture below). The guywho made it for me didn't seem to put much effort forth at all and was not very friendly (had a beard and glasses). Was highly disappointed in this salad I received from Chopt. For the price I paid, I expected much better. The avocado shown... wasn?t the only brown part of the salad, much of the lettuce was old and wilted. Won?t be giving Chopt another chance. Read more

Like to pick up salads to go here for pick up and curbside. You can choose from many toppings to make the perfect salad. They... are very conscious about allergies and take them seriously. Whether it be gluten or shellfish. If you're like my son who lovessalads, he loves this place! Read more
