7:25pm 10-23-2022 Place was an absolute mess, garbage cans overflowing, and I asked for double beans.. Literally double beans.... Guy gives me a single serving. I asked for a little more, and he literally gave me a tablespoon more. Charge me more, I don?tknow, and I don?t care, I just wanted more beans. And I?ve come across chipotle employees that want to be stingy with it everynow and then. But I got to chipotle everyday, so I know how it works. The cashier working 08/03/2022 at 9pm is very rude to customers and should not be employed with the public with her gigantic... attitude. Customers should also be informed when Chipotle is out of things instead of them just assuming the customer is finewith a bowl and not the burrito they ordered. They also did not put sour cream on the bowl that was ordered. The pollo asada wasvery hard, some were very chewy chicken fat pieces and the bowl was cold. While they refunded only one portion of our order wewill never be back as customers to this Chipotle. We are from out of state and I was absolutely appalled by this Chipotle. By far the rudest branch. The cashier working on 7/30/2022 at 1pm was the worst. We accidentally spilled our burrito bowl on... our way to the table. When we asked if we needed to buy a new one(which by all means we would have gladly done), she didn't evenverbally respond. She just rolled her eyes and looked at us like we were pathetic. At least she could say that she is sorry thatthe accident happened and that we need to buy it again. Never going to this branch again . Read more
I usually love going to Chipotle but I have had two pretty lackluster experiences at this location since coming over here. The... first time I ordered online via their app for delivery to my job, the order kept bouncing between drivers and ultimately wasnever picked up. I had to drive to the location and pick it up myself as it has been sitting on the shelf for 30 minutes. TodayI went again, this time I ordered online via the app for pickup. When I arrived there were two lines, one to order and one forthe rest of us who did an online order. Great. The gentleman in front of me had his order for the same time frame I had mine andwe stood there for 5-10 minutes before the young lady behind the counter came out to ask for our names. I totally understand thelunch rush but this is getting to be really disappointing especially for orders that are placed ahead of time and supposed to bequicker. Read more
This is by far the most dirtiest chipotle I have ever been to in my life. And this is coming from a firm chipotle eater. I would... have expected more from the Brentwood side of town but this store is completely nasty. Every single table and seat in therestaurant was filled with food particles The drink station was filled with flying gnats, trash cans full and just overall aunpleasant environment to dine in The food was okay as far as quality and there was not a line at the time I went 12pm on aSaturday. I ordered a chicken bowl and finding the chicken pieces in this bowl is the same as trying to find a needle in a haystack. They... drowned the bowl in guacamole and less of the other ingredients I ordered. The queso Blanco was just a dab. I was not impressedby this bowl. It was actually disgusting. Usually I love this place but today was a very bad experience. If you see a lady with short black hair that you can?t understand... be mindful that she is very rude and disrespectful. She rolled her eyes at us when we asked for our food and she cant make Adultcheese quesadillas but she can make Kids quesadillas that are not cooked. Very disappointed that I found a black hair in mybeans, I usually come twice a week and it?s never like this. I will NEVER come back again. Read more
