I?m new to boba. I got it maybe twice before and was in the mood for it while down in Brentwood, this was the closest spot. I... ordered popping boba and my boba wasn?t popping. I thought it was just ?bad.? So I didn?t say anything. I later realized therewas another type of boba that they probably mistakenly put in my drink. I?ll chalk this up to user error, as I should?verecognized they put the wrong ones in there and asked for a replacement. I came in to grab some food and boba on Thursday evening. There was this sweet young lady working alone who was very personable... and efficient. I had a nice conversation with her. The food was delicious and melted in my mouth. Highly recommend thisplace!!!!! Read more
Wish I could give two different ratings for quality and service. I?ve been going here for years and just in the past couple... months, the boba drinks have started to taste watered down and bland. They?re always out of something and I don?t want to paythat much for something I don?t want. The service is the only redeeming quality recently. The girl with interesting earrings andthe tall blonde boy were accommodating and made sure my drink was to my liking after I mentioned it tasted watered down. Theywere both very nice and the girl and I had a good conversation about her major while the boy remade my drink perfectly. I wish Icould say that all of the employees were as nice as these two were. Had a great stop today at the Chill Spot. The owner was engaging and provided great service. We ordered a boba tea and the... buffalo chicken wrap, which were both delicious. Definitely recommend this spot if you?re looking for a cool, quick, andhand-crafted experience! Read more
I used to come here years ago and the service/quality was always phenomenal. I?m not sure whats changed but the new management... does not share the same values as the old one. The last four times i?ve been here my order has been wrong, the taste of my teahas been watered down and the wait time was 20+ minutes. if you tell them your order is wrong be prepared to wait another 20minutes for a (maybe) correct one. For just a bubble tea it really shouldn?t take that long. i understand the need to up theprices but food portions are tiny and quality is not the same as it was. overall, so disappointed and unfortunately I won?t bereturning. such a shame as the original chill spot was so great. You?re better off at any other boba tea spot around town. Read more
Great spot for bubble tea. They have fruit and milk tea with the options of popping bubbles or tapioca and lychee jellies. I had... the pina colada milk tea with coconut milk and lychee/tapioca. I also had the soup of the day which was a delicious pumpkinbacon. There is neat wall art as well as outside seating. Read more
The bubble tea is pretty good. Not the best in Nashville but still yummy. The food here is terrible!!! I had the salmon wrap and... it was fishy tasting. I had a side of rice and it was crunchy and not fully cooked. Read more
We used to come here all the time until we moved out of the area last year. We drove over an hour today to get Persian wraps and... boba. We ordered and then sat down. A few minutes later I overheard the lady who took our orders tell another customer that thewraps weren?t the same and they had grilled chicken and not the chicken they used to marinate in the sauce, so I had her cancelour food orders but told her we still wanted our boba. She said ?honestly it still tastes the same.? I said, ?How can it tastethe same if it?s not marinated in the sauce.? She replied, ?It?s still marinated, just in a DIFFERENT sauce.? Ummm? that meansit won?t taste the same. She said she would refund us for the food since we cancelled our order, but it hasn?t shows back up inmy bank (so I paid like $40 for food we never got). The silver lining is the boba was good and the perfect texture. However,they were out of the first several flavors we ordered, so we settled on coffee and vanilla/almond. So basically we ended uppaying $57 today for two boba teas. I wish new management wouldn?t have messed with recipes that everyone loved. **** edited toreflect that they did refund our money for the food.
