I cannot believe the service here. Walked in to grab two dozen bagels to go and was instantly met with a terrible attitude from... the guy at the front. Half way considering leaving, I asked for the first dozen and he starts yelling at the guy in the back, obnoxious and unprofessional. Then I ask for the second dozen and he says "yeah, that's going to be a problem. I can't let youclean me out" in the most rude way imaginable. There were hundreds of bagels already made and you have a paying customer infront of you... wild business plan but whatever. We won't be coming back. Read more

No dine-in service even though your website indicates the opposite. There is room inside, booths and tables but customers cannot... use them. Read more

I have been a loyal customer to this store for years. They are very busy and I always go out of my way to tip them extra... because they are working so hard. Today they had a new person building my order and she seemed to get no help from the veteranassociates while I was holding my 1yr old in hand. They said you ?need to wait for the eggs to cook, Boss?. The tall gentlemenwho said that is typically very nice, but he had an aggressive tone and look on his face when he said it and I called him out onit. His shorter coworker gentlemen backed him up and acted like I was being irrational. Either way, it was terrible customerservice and made me feel like I needed to leave immediately. The tall gentlemen also said ?have a good day, Boss? before Ithought about leaving. Beyond this terrible incident with a long time loyal customer, the use of addressing someone as ?boss?can be offensive an belittling. After several years of loyalty, I will never come back due to how awful they made me feel whileholding my 1 year old. I was encouraged by Bruegger?s response on here to share my experience on their website and absolutelynothing in terms of a response. This further confirms they could care less about customer loyalty. Read more

Do yourself a favor and order an everything bagel with whatever sandwich you get. Sandwich maker is an old school New Yorker/New... Jersey guy who hooks it up every time. The cashier is also extremely friendly and welcoming. Read more

Food was okay. Service was pretty unprofessional. One of the people working came back in from smoking a cigarette and even... though he was just ringing me up and not making anything, he didn?t wash his hands before beginning work again. And then mybagel sandwich fell apart in the bag when I was trying to get it out. Just super annoying. Had not been there in years and Idon?t plan on going out of my way to go again. Read more
