Located on SR125 in New Hampshire, we discocered this place while taking off-Interstate, scenic roads to Maine. This is a well... established "Texas Smoked BBQ". Using a large, Texas built Smoker, the meats are smoked at low temperature for a long time. It'snot you usual BBQ. In fact, even in north Florida where every other Bubba has a Grill, this smoked BBQ would fell at home. Herein NH, it's unique. In fact I could only find 3 BBQ resterants making real BBQ. Ribs a Chicago Style, Brisket is cooked toperfection, loved the pulled pork also. Other items include Brisket Chili, Great Macon Cheese. Everything is cooked here byhand. Portions are large. Prices are moderate for BBQ... "Sony's BBQ Chain" is less, but it's hot, quick cooked and not slowsmoked. Everyone working here were super friendly. The Smokemaster came out to every table to check that all was ok. Theestablishment is filled with auto licensed plates donated by customers. This place gets a thumbs up. Read more

There are no prices written anywhere. Not even inside. A plate with 0.5lbs of "brisket" is 19 bucks without a drink. This is not... smoked brisket. This is pot roast beef with too much salt on it. It is just poorly made. The rest of the food is also bad. Thecorn bread is just a bland sponge cake. The jambalaya is just rice with no flavor. This is the worst brisket I've ever had. It'sso stringy (see pic). Save the money, go to Arby's or a Mexican restaurant instead. Read more

The best, awesome beef brisket and pulled pork! Their corn bread is great and always fresh and moist! Oh ya, good Prime Country... music to go along while you enjoy your fabulous meal. Read more

Pros: Good sides, large portions. Cons: Brisket very greasy, almost wet. Like eating a fatty pot roast. Other meats were okay... but very ordinary. Overall: Try it once. Read more

What BBQ should be! When you first arrive, the dirt lot and shabby (chic?) building let?s you know they are too busy tending to... the smoker. And, the aroma tells you they are doing a helluva job on that! We ordered a three meat platter - chicken, pork, brisket. We asked for 1/2 pound each. The servings are generous! Half a chicken is only half a pound? Thank you very much. Thepork was terrific, no sauce involved. The brisket is divine. It alone would be worth the three hour round trip! Don?t overlookthe sides though. Best potato salad ever (sorry, Hon!) Creamy cheesy macaroni. The cornbread was worth fighting over. I orderedsome ribs to go. Six hours later they were very dry. Perhaps that was my fault? We will return, and when we do, I will give thema second shot. Fresh, next time. Nothing needed saucing, but the House Sweet sauce is so good, you look for reasons to use it! Read more
