The Popeyes on Manchester road is always hoppin and yet they give the best service with a great attitude and their food is... always piping hot and you might find an extra piece of chicken in your bag if you?re not careful. I went yesterday at 7:30 the doors were locked. I was told they were closed and to go through the drive thru. I could see from... the outside that Several employees were just standing around and talking. A couple of them was leaning on the counter justhaving a good old conversation. I went through the drive thru and sat at the speaker to place my order for awhile. NOBODY EVERSAID ANYTHING. I ended up driving off. It was NOT short staffed, the workers are talking amongst each other and not serving thecustomers at all. Just on the clock getting a paycheck. Several cars had driven off. Read more
These nuggets were really dark. Didn't notice until we arrived home in the traffic. Some of the ends were dark and tasted almost... burnt. The line was long and the speaker was out, so everyone had to order at the window. I wish I had looked at them before weleft. Read more
We waited an hour for our chicken order. There was spicy chicken but no mild chicken. The workers were slow and not interested... in their jobs. The coleslaw was terrible. The red beans and rice were very good. Not a good atmosphere and VERY SLOW. Read more

We are currently sitting in this Popeyes drive thru for the second time. We came to pick up our mobile order 20 minutes ago. At... first they had no mild chicken ready. And then when they brought our order out, we were missing an order of fries and and abiscuit. After another 10 minutes, the fries appeared (child sized- see attached photo). At $2.89 a pop, that?s ridiculous. Allin all, I will never be returning to another Popeyes again. I?m pretty sure there have been surgeries done quicker than ourPopeyes experience. Read more
