My bad for even trying one last time, but this location will never see me again. Whether on the phone, or this time in person... just to see what halogens when ordering takes place, I find lackluster service staff with free interpersonal skills takingorders badly, and resulting in the same sandwich I order every single time being made badly once again. At least I was in thestore so I could demand my immediate replacement, while the staff laughed openly at me, made excuses, and was unapologetic inany way. The female at the register was singularly unsuited for any job requiring a pleasant attitude or any social skills. And either she is hard of hearing or has no concern to get her job done correctly. But she clearly remains unmanaged by anyoneconcerned with performing well. I was at the store between 1:20 pm and 1:35 pm, 10/8. Only the regular very tall drive who'sname escapes me was in any way diligent or friendly, although I will say the actual sandwich wrapping person did well. I'vehad entire orders botched, deliveries that didn't come and didn't come and then were canceled but I was not informed had torequest refund: twice just like that. I have a $30 credit I can't ever use because nobody knows how that works. Pathetic. The brand of Jimmy Johns is now dead to me. Read more

It is a terrible customer service. I ordered a big john and an italian night club with kickin ranch and the bag was all wet... with the spilled kickin ranch and no apologies or empathy from the manager and workers about the incident . , they don't tapethe container like they used to, I worked in JJ's for 2 years and is evident that things had changed. We order from this store at least once a week, I've asked repeatedly that they write the names on our sandwiches. I have had... MULTIPLE issues with this. I've even called the store and complained. Its ridiculous to me that we cant get the names written onthe sandwiches correctly. Terrible customer service.. Its written in both the delivery notes and the special requests section.We live in a time where Covid is still a thing none of my people want me rooting through their food to see who's is who's. Imhonestly tired of complaining. Read more

When you ask for ?extra? hot peppers and only get 3 on the whole sandwich. This place is always a mess with delivery times... taking forever but today they did give fair warning on their website which I genuinely appreciated? I hate that my options forlunch delivery are limited or I would really stop giving them my business. Read more
