Just never ceases to amaze me how Chick fil A finds, trains and educates their staff on customer service. Another standout visit... here dining in today. Some of the staff members here are incredible and are an asset to this location. There is one manager in particular who isn?t... friendly and seems like he really dislikes his job. Normally the service and food are pretty great, but the other day the drivethru was backed up because they let cars park too far down and it was blocking to two far right lanes. Also, during my lastdrive thru visit I ordered a large drink. When I inserted the straw I noticed it wasn?t full (see pic). It was too late to doanything because I had already drove away. Omggggggg I have been going to the location for years and service has been great! However I recently had the best experience... ever with Rocky! From when I walked in the door she was welcoming loud and clear with a bright smile! She Explained something Ididn?t know about the menu and the app! Rocky checked on all the guest in the lobby making sure everyone was okay! Rockycustomer service was a 10! When I get great customer service these days it?s a must it?s recognized! Customer Service is bad here. I never ever been to a Chik Fila who don't even greet you nor smile. The male cashier with no hair... kept making weird faces like he was at a Zoo. And they are petty about giving you the sauces you want. Never been through thisbefore. I don't recommend this location. Don't spend your hard earned money here. Read more
You know I really love Chick-fil-A but today was different.. I ordered a southwest salad today and I have taken one bite and... this is all I have left.. staff members gave me honey mustard instead of salas creamy dressing. They also forgot to put theadditional items in the bag that come with the salad (tortilla sticks etc). I also have many butt ends of cut up lettuce. Idon?t know a single person who wants to eat lots of those pieces in their salad.. I?m very disappointed today. It seems likeit?s too much of a rush to get orders correct. Read more

Very good location, but it's Chick-fil-A, so every location is good. The manager was out helping and talking to customers. Our... food was ordered at the table and was delivered very quick. I don't get over to this location often, but I've been here twice inthe last couple weeks. They run a tight ship inside and out. Read more
