They are always running out of food that a lot of customers want to spend a hard earned money on and the tea is fulled They... always keep it empty, even though they don?t close on time soon is very disappointing because not a lot of people drink soda sothey only leave people with the options to drink soda. Ready to close down at 9:00pm instead of 9:30pm . No sides or food to hardly serve the customers. Very disappointed in... management for choosing to get hours instead of choosing customer service. If u only plan to serve 2 customers for the last 30min of closing you shouldn?t stay open at all. Stop stealing time! Read more

Found hair in my food...it's definitely someone with braids who ends are burned. Highly upset because I was enjoying my food now... I have to throw it away. Unfortunately I don't know how to upload a picture but this is freaking ridiculous Read more

This low review is for the payment policy I experienced today. There was a sign on the door cash only, then walked in and sign... on counter said limited change or have exact change. I was asked was I okay with the sign, I said yes because what I orderedwas $9.60 before tax. I did not do the tax calculation in my head but assumed it would be less than $1. I ordered and I did nothave the exact amount. My bill was $10.56 and I had a $10 and $20. I got the impression that they thought I was going to give a$9 tip or pay $20 for a $9 meal. I asked for the $10 back and then all of sudden change was available in the second register. It's understandable that there is a change shortage, however I really feel the business should have absorbed that .56 cents. If your credit card machine is not working and you don't have change but you still want to be open for business make adjustmentand round the dollar amount, I've been to other businesses that have done this when coins and cash are low. We drove into DC today for to visit the downtown monuments and museums. On our way out of the city we picked up dinner at Panda... Express. The restaurant was clean but there was a long line/long wait. There seemed to be a lot of online orders and the staffwas trying to help the line and prepare the other orders for pick up. The line didn?t move quickly which was disappointing butthe food was good. The rice was fresh and the noodles were as well. All of the food was tasty and what you would expect fromPanda Express. This location is the closest to my house and so I am always rooting for it but unfortunately lately the service hasn?t been... great. So although the location closes at 930pm they stop cooking food way before so that by 830pm there is nothing left. I meanI get it, when it?s close to closing some things are running out and not worth cooking a whole new batch but it?s like theyrefuse to give you good service because they are ?over it? and ready to go home?they get paid their full salary until 930pm sothe customer expect good service till the second they close, and that includes having almost everything on the menu. When Ivisited today there was a long line and they had like 4 items in the menu?.. ???? things didn?t look fresh ???? I?ll give itanother shot and I hope they can terms themselves. Read more

Friendly staff. Variety of delicious food. Clean bathrooms. Large eating area.
