Upon entry no one was at the front desk. 3 girls were working and none of them took my order they just stared at me. One guy... came out and mumbled some stuff I could barely understand. Terrible workers never coming here again. This place sucks Read more
I ordered catering for work from here a few weeks ago. They were the only chain to not mess up my order that week (I had to... drive back to chipotle, chick fil a, etc. To get the stuff they missed.) Staff was super helpful bringing stuff to my car andfelt like they actually appreciated my business. Not to mention the food is great of course. Just went back today and I couldtell they remembered me and handed me my online order before I had to say anything. This location in particular has earned aloyal customer. Read more
Terrible service. I didn't even get the sandwich because when I said that I needed a gluten free sandwich three times (young... lady making the sandwiches acted like she could hear me), she then rolled her eyes and gave me a look, then the gentleman on thegrill laughed and said commented about my gluten free order. I could tell it was going to be an issue so I said to them I cansee that gluten free is going to be an issue so nevermind and walked out of the store. I frequent Jersey Mike's in the DC metroa lot but will not go back to this store for their poor service and making me feel like my gluten free order was such ahassle. Sub sucked that I ordered. The young lady didn't properly prepare my sub. I was very disappointed with the amount of meat or... shall I say lack of meat. So I won't be going to that location especially paying 30 bucks for 2 subs no meat hardly and lots ofbread ???? Read more
A pretty descent Jersey Mike's. The crew is always pretty professional. Gimme a sec to catch up to the internet orders. The... mini sandwiches are a pretty good calorie choice. Getting into this store is a bit of bear with the proximity to DC's onlyCostco. Read more
