If it were possible to leave a sub-negative rating I would. Upon entering the establishment and promptly ordering our food. The... employees made it and left it sitting on the counter. They then informed us that their computer was down and we would have towait twenty minutes to pay and for them to give us our food. We first offered to leave our card at the register while we ate ourfood and they could charge it as soon as systems were up. That idea was shot down. So we then countered to pay them a fiftydollar bill (our food total was $32.08) We said they could keep the change and they still refused. They wanted us to sit andstare at our food going cold until their system was up again. They said they would rather throw the food out and waste it thenlet us have what we ordered. I asked for Chipotle and ate a BIG piece of plastic smh. Server admitted that the plastic was from the tortilla... packaging. Managers declined to give me their name I initially requested a refund and a replacement bowl due to me having totravel back up there and missing my lunch break The manager said that he couldn't do both, so I requested the peice of plasticback (that they threw away with my food) and he then says they'll do a bowl for me as well ???? He told the server to onlygive me a 1 scoop of chicken bowl when I initially paid for a 3 scoop bowl. This is the 3rd time I've come to this location and something was wrong with their system. They employees aren't trained in... customer service. If you have people in line, you need to let them know the system isn't working properly. On two occasions, Ihave made it to the counter before I was told about an issue with the system. I'm not usually one to complain but tonight's experience sucked!!! I can understand running out of things SOMETIMES, but I've... noticed that when one particular manager/ shift leader is there, they tend to run out of stuff. Once it was white rice, once itwas beans, once it was sour cream, and tonight it was the corn salsa and pico de Gallo. Totally ruined my dinner plans, but Ionly bought it because they had what my daughter eats in her bowl. Whomever was in charge tonight really dropped the ball allbecause the clean up would be easy. So next time I see that one particular person, I'll be turning around and spending my moneyelsewhere. I'd rather drive 10-15 extra minutes and get better service and quality at the other Chipotles. This chipotle used to be really delicious, but it has Gradually gone down hill! I ordered a burrito bowl something that?s... supposed to be packed with flavor. However my food was disgusting, it tasted like whomever was supposed to season the food stoodoutside of the restaurant and threw the seasoning into the pot in the kitchen. Unfortunately, most of the seasoning did not comeanywhere near the meat or veggies. The rice was softer than a babies bottom and I?m not sure why the fajitas tasted like thattouched raw chicken.
