very disappointed in both the food and the service. was treated very rudely when they forgot to put my burger in the bag and was... very rude giving me the bag of food and when i opened the burger there was just bun and patty, when i asked for it plain????very very disappointed. -1 star tbh. Their customer service had gotten bad. And they don't take your orders correctly; which leads to them apologizing when you call... to complaint. Like that helps when your hungry. This location use to have the best service in town. Read more

I was hungry and wanted something different. It's a little further from home than I usually drive and a lot busier than I had... hoped, but the drive thru line moved very quickly. My order was exactly what I wanted, no mistakes which is always nice. Thefoods was hot, fresh, and very tasty. I will definitely eat here again. Read more

I was very disappointed in my order. I know I ordered close to closing but my food was cold. I was missing toppings, that I paid... extra for on my burger. We ordered nuggets as well and they were stiff and cold we got not even 1 sauce for the nuggets that werequested, and my shake was completely melted. I doubt I would go to this location again. I did a mobile order and had to walk in because they forgot the bacon as they normally do and they kept my reciept. When I got... home 20 receipt. I saw that they put cheese on another burger for a family member who has lactose intolerance and when I calledto explain what happened the manager asked if I had the receipt and when I tried to explain that my daughter gave it to anemployee who kept it, she began to speak over me loudly and said she'd call me back. I waited and had to call back..because shenever did and put my adult daughter on the phone so that she could explain (because the mobile order was in her name)but she wasstill irate kept on talking over her. Heres the point it was for a burger from the 4 for $4 that had cheese, couldn't just pullit off due to severe lactose intolerance for my mom. The manager put the phone down while my adult daughter was in mid sentenceand never picked it back up. Granted she did have to raise her voice because the manager she kept talking over my daughter.Very poor costumer service. Not to mention that our previous order on June 8, 2022 was completely wrong and after speaking tocorporate was given a apology and told I would be fully refunded and that never happened either. So I will stop patronizing thisWendy's. At this point it's the principle, 4 for $4 or not. And by the way tried calling back and got a busy signal. Read more
